Hi all,

I have some serious performance problems with MediaWiki, I hope you can help me.

My Wiki is the following: http://wiki.snowboard-community.de

At the moment the page loads in 4-9 seconds.

I don't know how to activate the caching. (I think it is not enabled, otherwise, it's very poor.) I have tried some settings in my LocalSettings.php but nothing seems to work. If I set "$wgMainCacheType=CACHE_ANYTHING" I just get a Fatal Error:
Fatal error: Call to a member function getConnection() on a non-object in /usr/www/.../includes/GlobalFunctions.php on line 2267

Could anyone please help me?

Thanx
Sebastian
